How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete my account and photos. Your account, projects and photos are permanently deleted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Redeko. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same account, then Profile → Restore purchases.
I don’t like a render. What can I do?
Tap “Regenerate” for a new version, or “Touch up” to change a specific area.
