Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Redeko: the iOS and Android app, the web app and the redeko.ai website (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. The service

Redeko lets you redecorate a room, a facade or a garden from a photo using artificial intelligence: change the style, get inspired by an image, edit an element, rearrange furniture or decorate for a holiday.

Images are generated automatically. They are meant as inspiration: they are not plans, nor professional architectural, construction or safety advice. The dimensions, materials and objects shown may not exist or may not be feasible.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account and the information you provide. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.

4. Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 generated image, whatever the action. A failed render costs nothing.
  • Free account: 3 free credits. Images from free accounts carry a small "Redeko" watermark.
  • Weekly subscription: 100 credits per week. 3-day free trial with 10 credits.
  • Monthly subscription: 200 credits per month.
  • Subscription credits are reset at each renewal. Unused credits do not roll over, are not refundable and have no monetary value.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • In-app subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, taxes included.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trial: if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the 3 days, the Weekly subscription starts and is billed automatically. If you accepted notifications, we send you a reminder before the trial ends.
  • Cancellation: in your Apple or Google account settings (Subscriptions). You keep access and your credits until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
  • We may change prices for the future. Apple or Google will inform you before any change that affects you, in line with their rules.

6. Your content

  • You remain the owner of the photos you upload. You allow us to process them only to provide the service (storage, image generation, display in your account).
  • You may use generated images for personal and professional purposes, in compliance with the law and the rights of others. We claim no rights over them and do not publish them without your consent.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload.

7. What is not allowed

  • Uploading photos you do not have the rights to, or images of people without their consent.
  • Creating illegal, hateful, violent or sexual content, or content that violates other people's privacy.
  • Presenting a generated image as a real photo to mislead someone (for example in a property listing, without stating that it is a simulation).
  • Bypassing credit limits, automating use, copying or decompiling the app.

In case of abuse, we may suspend or close the account concerned.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that you will like every result. We may change features over time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We are not responsible for decisions (purchases, works, layouts) made on the basis of generated images. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using Redeko and delete your account at any time. Remember to also cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google settings: deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. If there is a significant change, we will let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory rules that allow you, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
